What happens to my settings during a power outage?
Our devices feature non-volatile memory, meaning they will automatically reconnect to your Wi-Fi and retain their previous settings once power is restored.
Does the app support multiple users?

Is a subscription required for cloud storage?
While basic features are free, we offer optional premium cloud recording plans for our smart cameras. Local storage via microSD card is also supported on most models.
